Select your letter quantity Choose the number of letters you would like from the first drop-down menu. 2. Select your colour & chain length Choose your preferred colour and necklace length from the second drop-down menu. 3. Enter your personalisation Please enter the letters, names, words or symbols you would like in the personalisation box. We love creating simple jewellery with a personal meaning — sometimes a single letter, a name or a tiny symbol is all it takes to make a piece feel truly yours. ✧ PRODUCTION ✧ • Each piece is made to order according to your selected options. Most orders are completed within 1–3 business days before dispatch. • Engraved items usually require 3–9 business days before dispatch. • Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes. Once production has started, changes may cause delays. ✧ PACKAGING & SHIPPING ✧ • All orders are carefully prepared for gifting in a lovely pouch or box. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and provide photos of the damaged item and packaging. • We are unable to offer refunds for damage caused by misuse, improper care, or accidental damage after delivery. • Exchanges and replacement items are not available. As each piece is made to order and shipped internationally from our studio in Australia, we are unable to offer exchanges or replacement shipments.
