All products are unique, even if the same model is remanufactured by hand, it will be slightly different.
🔅 Natural ore and hand-painted resin
The raw ores used by Joyous Craft are all naturally generated, and each shape and color are different. This is also the characteristic of natural raw ores, and the quality is strictly selected.
Some products are hand-colored with resin, and the design is completed by one stroke and one painting through multiple processes, insisting on hand-painted delicate texture.

🔅 Product maintenance method
1. Although metal ear pins are electroplated for color retention, please do not touch chemicals (cosmetics). It is recommended to store them in a zipper bag when not wearing them. Oxidation is still normal.
2. Bronze is an electroless material, the luster is weakened due to the influence of air and environment over time, and the metal color is deepened, which is a normal oxidation phenomenon. If it is oxidized, it is recommended to wipe it with a Silver cloth.
3. Store it in a sealed bag without wearing it to prevent oxidation in contact with the air.
4. Avoid wearing accessories for bathing, hot springs or swimming.
5. Please avoid strong pulling, pressure or falling to avoid deformation and damage.

Joyous Craft, as a one-person independent studio, currently has two methods: stock and order:
- Spot usually ships within 1-3 days (excluding holidays)
- After the order is received, the designer will contact you to estimate the time limit, usually 3-7 working days (excluding holidays)
