Important Notes Registration Guidelines This course operates by appointment only. Please book your session in advance of the activity date. To ensure teaching quality, courses are scheduled based on confirmed bookings. Please arrive on time, as session times cannot be extended after the activity begins. Metalworking tools and gas torch equipment will be used on-site; please follow the instructor's guidance carefully. For safety reasons, children under 12 are not recommended to participate. Rescheduling If you need to change your activity date, please provide notice at least 3 days (inclusive) prior to the event. A complimentary reschedule is permitted once (subject to museum availability). Refund Policy Refunds are processed according to Pinkoi's experience activity refund policy: Cancellations made 5 days (inclusive) or more before the activity: 100% refund. Cancellations made 3-5 days before the activity: 50% refund. Cancellations made within 3 days of the activity, no-shows, or late arrivals exceeding 30 minutes will not be refunded. In the event of force majeure such as typhoons or earthquakes, or if the government declares a public holiday, the museum will proactively contact participants for rescheduling or a full refund. If the museum cancels the activity due to its own reasons, a full refund or rescheduling assistance will be provided. Other Matters Each participant's finished piece will have slight variations due to the handmade nature of the craft; this is a characteristic of handcrafted items and cannot be guaranteed to be identical. Early departure due to personal reasons will not be eligible for a refund or credit towards other courses. Photos of the workshop process may be taken for course and brand promotion. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a staff member before the activity begins.
