Mille crêpe cakes cannot be combined with fresh cream cakes for shipping. ❇️ We use Black Cat Delivery. Delivery days: Tuesday to Saturday. No deliveries on Sundays. ✴️ Delivery typically arrives 1-2 days after shipment, usually the next day. ✴️ You may select a delivery time slot (before 13:00 / 13:00-18:00). If no preference is specified, the delivery time will be left open. ✴️ During peak seasons like Mother's Day or Father's Day, specific delivery time slots cannot be guaranteed, nor can next-day delivery. ✴️ As this is a fresh, custom-made product, there is no 7-day cooling-off period (the 7-day cooling-off period allows for unconditional returns within seven days of receipt). Upon receiving your frozen-delivered cake, if you do not plan to consume it immediately, please store it in the freezer. Shelf life: 7 days from the date of production. 2. Before serving, place the cake in the refrigerator to thaw (approx. 4-5 hours). The cake should be slightly frozen, with an ice cream-like texture. Avoid thawing for more than 7 hours, as the fruit or cream may release water, affecting the texture. 3. If you have leftover cake, slice it before refreezing. Thaw slices in the refrigerator before serving (thawing time for slices is shorter than for the whole cake; the exact time will depend on the slice size). 4. During hot summer weather, frozen items may arrive partially thawed. Upon receiving the cake, please check its condition immediately.
