**Class Fee:**
🌿 Class Fee: Basic Formula Course 💲 1,680 NTD
*Includes all materials, curing time, and packaging.
*You will not take the finished product home on the day of the class. The studio will cut, cure (4-6 weeks), test, and package your soap for you to pick up or have shipped! (If shipping is required, please pay the shipping fee of $100 NTD on the day of the class.)
**Finished Product:**

(The finished product cannot be taken home on the day of the class due to the required 4-6 week curing period.)

? Essential oil types and materials are subject to availability on the day.
? Each class session opens with just one participant and closes at four. If the minimum enrollment of one person is not met three days prior to the activity date, Qing Handmade Soap reserves the right to cancel the session and will notify you to reschedule or receive a refund.
? As we need 3 days to prepare materials before the activity, cancellations made within 3 days prior to the event are not eligible for refunds.
? If you need to reschedule your class, please inform us 3 days in advance. Failure to do so will incur a material preparation fee of 300 NTD.
? Only registered participants are allowed. Non-participants may not accompany or join the session.
? Entry is permitted 15 minutes before the activity. To ensure a smooth experience, please do not be late.
? Participants must adhere to the venue rules and follow the instructor's guidance. Participants will be responsible for any damages caused by non-compliance.
? In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, Qing Handmade Soap will proactively contact you to reschedule or issue a refund.
? If participation is canceled due to reasons not attributable to Qing Handmade Soap, no refund will be issued.
? If classes are canceled due to natural disasters or other force majeure events, Qing Handmade Soap will proactively contact you to reschedule or issue a refund. In the event of a typhoon, the class cancellation and refund standards will be based on the official announcements for the event location, regardless of the participant's location.
? The organizer may conduct on-site photography and video recording during the experience activities, which will be uploaded to Qing Handmade Soap's social media channels after the event. Your likeness may be used in photos or videos for event records or promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the staff at the venue, and we will make special arrangements.
