**【Important Notes】**
◆ Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. As artworks require a certain amount of time to complete, arriving late may affect the quality of the session and the rights of other participants.
◆ If you need to reschedule, please contact the designer at least 7 days prior to the event for arrangements. Extensions are valid for up to three months and can only be changed once. Rescheduling or cancellations requested within 2 days of the event will not be accommodated, and no refunds will be issued.
◆ Photos will be taken during the experience and uploaded to the brand's Facebook and Instagram pages after the course. These may be used for event documentation or promotional purposes for future recruitment. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform us on-site before the event.
◆ In case of natural disasters or other force majeure events, the designer will proactively contact you for rescheduling or a refund.
**【Friendly Reminders】**
(1) Participants must be 12 years of age or older to join this activity.
(2) Fire will be used during the experience. For safety reasons, please avoid wearing loose clothing and wear closed-toe shoes. If you have long hair, we recommend tying it up. Those with long fingernails should exercise extra caution during operation.
(3) Due to limited space and for safety considerations, accompanying friends who have not registered are not permitted to observe the class.
(4) Multiple participants cannot create a single piece of work together.
(5) As designers must prepare materials and reserve spots in advance, to protect the rights of all parties, cancellations due to personal reasons made 7 days prior to the event (excluding the event day) will incur a 50% handling fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 2 days of the event. However, you may transfer your spot to a friend or convert it to a custom order.
**【Experience Course Epidemic Prevention Measures】**
◆ All designers and participants are required to wear masks throughout the session. Entry will be denied without a mask.
◆ Body temperature will be measured before entering the venue. Entry is permitted only if the temperature is below 37.5°C and hands are sanitized with alcohol.
◆ Air circulation will be enhanced by opening doors to ensure adequate ventilation in the workshop.
◆ Alcohol will be used to disinfect frequently touched surfaces such as doorknobs and tabletops before and after activities.
◆ The entire environment will be thoroughly disinfected before and after the experience.
