【Course Details】
Session Duration: 5.5 hours (1:00 PM - 6:30 PM), subject to on-site conditions
Eligibility: Ages 16 and above (High School)
Location: No. 2, Lane 137, Section 3, Chongqing North Road, Datong District, Taipei City
Transportation: Approximately a 6-7 minute walk from Exit 3 of MRT Daqiaotou Station
Fee Includes: Instructor fee / On-site tool usage / One pre-cut wood block
Minimum Participants: Class will proceed with a minimum number of participants. Maximum capacity: 8 participants.
🔺Note: Due to time constraints, coloring techniques will be explained verbally. Participants are encouraged to color their creations at home.
🔺Gift: One pair of non-slip gloves & one set of acrylic paints
Course Highlights
1.) Small class sizes for personalized instruction.
2.) Utilize simple carving hand tools; no need to learn knife sharpening to begin carving with ease.
3.) The studio provides basic tool sets and wood cutting services, allowing you to continue carving at home immediately.
Course Content
★ Understanding 3D form and dynamic concepts.
★ Guidance on carving techniques, introduction to and use of carving knives.
★ Explanation of wood structure and grain.
★ We use AYOUS wood: lightweight yet durable, with a uniform color and a smooth, fine texture. Its moderate hardness makes it ideal for beginner carvers.
★ Basic acrylic paint coloring guidance.
★ Introduction to and sharing of wood carving art.

1.) Due to time constraints, coloring techniques will be explained verbally. Participants are encouraged to color their creations at home.
2.) This course provides one material kit per person.
3.) Due to limited space, observers or listeners are not permitted in this course.
🟥 Cancellation Policy:
1.) Cancellations are not accepted from 7 days prior to the class date up to the day of the class. Refunds will not be issued.
2.) For cancellations, an administrative fee (5% of the paid amount) will be deducted.
3.) If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another participant.
4.) In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you to reschedule or provide a full refund.
5.) Refund processing will be completed within 5 business days (excluding holidays) from the date of application.
🟥 Rescheduling Policy:
1.) Rescheduling is not permitted on the day of the class.
2.) Rescheduling is permitted up to 3 days prior to the class date (excluding the class date). Rescheduling is limited to one instance.
3.) Once a date has been changed, cancellations will no longer be accepted.
