The darkening or yellowing of 925 sterling silver is a normal "oxidation phenomenon," indicating genuine pure silver.
Worry not, as this is easily resolved! A polishing cloth will restore its shine, and storing it in a sealed bag when not worn can slow down oxidation.
Natural pearls do not require polishing.
