Need to measure ring size for a gift?
● Measuring Your Ring Size: Use a piece of thread (like sewing thread) to gently wrap around the intended finger until it fits comfortably. Straighten the thread and measure its length in centimeters with a ruler. Refer to the size chart to determine the ring size.
● Inform our studio staff of your approximate height and weight. We can adjust the ring size at our studio after completion.

**Workshops can be arranged for a single participant and operate by appointment only.**
● To protect your booking rights, any rescheduling or cancellation requests must be made at least three days prior to your confirmed workshop date. Cancellations made on the day of the workshop, or no-shows, are non-refundable but can be converted into store credit for other products or classes.
● Samples are available for try-on at the studio. You may also exchange your design for another of the same price (subject to material availability). Upgrades to a higher-priced design are possible with a price difference payment; however, no refunds will be issued for exchanges to lower-priced designs.
● Due to space limitations, please inquire about available seating if you plan to bring a companion.
● Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled workshop time for try-ons to ensure a timely start for everyone.
● Each participant will be provided with a set of tools and materials. The artisan will demonstrate and guide you step-by-step. If a finished piece cannot be salvaged due to improper handling that deviates from the instructions, a replacement material may be purchased separately.
● The workshop duration is approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, varying slightly with design complexity. Completed pieces can be taken home the same day.
**★Face masks are currently required for entry due to the ongoing health situation.**
★ During the workshop, please adhere strictly to the artisan's safety guidelines for equipment operation. Female participants may be required to tie back their hair with a hair tie or clip for safety.
**Failure to comply with safety regulations after repeated advisement will result in personal responsibility for any consequences.**
★ In the event of typhoons or other natural disasters on your scheduled workshop date, classes will be postponed based on government advisement for public safety. A new date will be arranged.
