**【Chef Introduction】**
Jacky, the head of R&D, once served as the sous chef at the 2-Michelin star restaurant Robuchon in Hong Kong in 2014 (now a 3-Michelin star restaurant). In 2016, he apprenticed with Yukio Konishi, a renowned Spanish cuisine authority in Osaka. After returning to Taiwan, Jacky combined the culinary skills he learned abroad with local Taiwanese ingredients, successfully opening his own "Spanish Farmhouse Cuisine" restaurant.
In less than a year and a half, Jacky not only expanded his business but was also featured on the famous food show "Super Taste." He was later invited by the renowned TWG tea restaurant group in Singapore to open 48 stores across the Asia-Pacific region and became the Head of Pastry R&D at the Singapore headquarters.
After returning to Taiwan in 2021, Jacky fully dedicated himself to the baking field, bringing his years of experience to create various delightful surprises for the handcrafted cookie and dessert market.

The name "Let's Go Home" was chosen because the complexity of the cookie's flavors mirrors the emotions of returning home after many years away. From the initial spicy kick of pepper to the final sweetness, its ever-changing taste evokes the feelings of homecoming. "Let's Go Home" also plays on the homophone "huíxiāng" (meaning both "homecoming" and "fennel").
