A: RHINOSHIELD SolidX/SolidSuit is compatible with RHINOSHIELD screen protectors and most full-coverage screen protectors on the market. However, due to the variety of brands and varying coverage areas, compatibility depends on the actual installation result. - Q: Can RHINOSHIELD SolidX/SolidSuit be used with a back protector or on a phone with a full-body wrap? A: Applying a back protector or a body wrap will add thickness, making it more difficult to install and remove the case; therefore, we do not recommend this combination. - Q: Do RHINOSHIELD SolidX/SolidSuit cases affect mobile payments or wireless charging? A: The product itself does not interfere with NFC or wireless charging functions. Actual performance may vary based on factors such as the position of the NFC reader, the thickness of other attachments, and the output power of the power adapter and wireless charging pad. Please refer to actual usage conditions. - Q: RHINOSHIELD SolidX/SolidSuit MagSafe compatibility and magnetic ring design explanation: A: - RHINOSHIELD SolidX/SolidSuit standard versions support Apple MagSafe accessories and allow for wireless charging with wireless chargers. The magnetic strength of the MagSafe connection may vary depending on the thickness of the case; for certain models, please refer to the RHINOSHIELD MagSafe-compatible series for an optimized experience. *Due to the wide variety of wireless charging devices, performance depends on actual usage. - In line with our commitment to environmental sustainability, some colors of the MagSafe SolidX have been upgraded to a detachable magnetic ring design. Therefore, the ring may detach when you remove the case; this is a design feature and does not indicate a defect. If the ring detaches, simply align it with the clips on the back of the case and re-install it manually to continue using MagSafe functions. - Q: How should I clean my RHINOSHIELD SolidSuit/SolidX? Can it be exposed to alcohol? A: We recommend cleaning with clear water; avoid using harsh chemical cleaners or alcohol wipes. If you choose to use alcohol, please use 75% alcohol for a quick wipe and avoid any printed patterns. **【Disclaimer】** - Please read the installation instructions carefully before use; improper installation may result in damage to the product or device exterior. - This product provides drop protection for daily use, reducing the risk of damage upon impact.
