※ Each session requires a minimum of 6 participants to commence.
※ To preserve the ambiance of the old house, please remove your shoes and wear socks upon entry. Outside food and beverages are not permitted.
※ During the course, the organizer will capture photos and videos for event documentation and promotional purposes, focusing on the venue and instructor's teaching. Efforts will be made to avoid close-ups of participants' faces or any identifiable personal information. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform our staff at the event, and we will ensure you are not captured.
I. Class Commencement:
1-1. The organizer will send a pre-event reminder notification after the registration deadline.
1-2. If the minimum enrollment number is not met, priority will be given to rescheduling to another session. If rescheduling is not possible, participants may request a refund.
1-3. Invoices for registration fees will be provided on the day of the experience.
II. Transfer Policy:
2-1. Registrations are transferable. However, please contact Wu Er Club at least one business day prior to the event date to provide the transferee's registration information. Otherwise, Wu Er Club may not recognize the transfer.
2-2. The transferee must inform the original purchaser's name/order number upon entry for verification.
III. Refund Policy: For any refunds or cancellations of experience events, invoice adjustments will be handled entirely by Guo Yi Cultural & Creative.
♦︎ Cancellation due to Personal Reasons:
3-1. 14 business days prior to the event ► You may prioritize transferring to another available event or request a full refund.
3-2. Between 14 business days and 7 business days prior to the event ► You may request a refund of 30% of the registration fee for the current event.
3-3. Within 7 business days prior to the event until the event day ► As the organizer needs to prepare materials 7 business days in advance, refunds are not possible.
♦︎ Cancellation by Organizer or Due to Force Majeure:
3-4. If the session is canceled due to the organizer's reasons or force majeure events such as natural disasters or epidemics, the organizer will proactively arrange for rescheduling or a full refund.
3-5. For natural disasters, epidemics, etc., the cancellation and refund standards will be based on the announcements of the competent authorities in the location where the experience is held, and the participant's location will not be considered.
