Completing an order signifies your understanding and agreement with our Shopping Notice and Return/Exchange Policy. 2. Orders typically ship within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). For urgent deliveries, please select courier service. 3. Deliveries are limited to mainland Taiwan. No delivery service is available for outlying islands. 4. Due to shipping restrictions for convenience store pickups, orders of 3 pairs of shoes or more must be shipped via courier. 5. Most items are handmade, and minor imperfections such as residual glue, slight stains, loose threads, small gaps, or uneven seams may occur. Marks from the crafting process (e.g., air bubbles, granules) are not considered defects and generally do not affect normal use. 6. It is recommended not to soak shoes/bags/accessories in water for cleaning. After wearing and washing, they may not return to their original new appearance and may show cleaning marks. Clean with a neutral detergent diluted with water and a brush, then wipe away foam with a damp cloth and air dry. 7. Casual shoes are packaged in shoe boxes, while slippers/bags/accessories are packaged in PP bags. Packaging is for protection during transit, and minor dents or creases from logistics are unavoidable and not eligible for return or exchange. 8. Genuine leather insoles may exhibit variations in texture and color across different areas of the skin or due to seasonal changes (unlike artificial leather, consistent color and texture cannot be guaranteed). Wrinkles or color variations are not defects. 9. Product images may vary slightly depending on individual screen settings; actual products are the standard. Handmade measurements may have an international standard allowable error of 1-3 cm. 10. Licensed products are officially authorized. Packaging (boxes, bags, or small cards with authorization marks or official logos) must not be counterfeited. 【Return & Exchange Policy】 1. Returns and exchanges require the product to be in new, unworn condition with its original packaging (shoe box + outer box), including accessories and attached tags. 2. Discounted or free shipping offers cannot be partially returned. If a partial return is necessary, please return the entire order and reorder. 3. Any issues or missing items upon receipt must be documented with a complete unboxing video to ensure mutual rights and facilitate returns or re-shipments. 4. The original packaging (shoe box + outer box) must be used for returns. Please do not tape the shoe box directly. A reconditioning fee of NT$100 will be charged if the shoe box or authorization mark is damaged due to incomplete packaging. 5. Failure to complete convenience store pickups will be reflected in the feedback system.
