Approximately 8-12 business days after design approval for production, excluding weekends and shipping. / Important Notes / 🎀 Please read and agree to the following before ordering: 1. 🧿 Ceramic coasters are fired at high temperatures. Imperfections such as specks, indentations, minor scratches, dust, air bubbles, and powder residue are normal during the firing process. 2. 🧿 Stamped series coasters have an anti-slip pad and stamped text "Made in Yingge, Taiwan" on the back. 3. 🧿 Diatomaceous earth coasters have a slightly rough surface, with occasional small black spots and a coarse texture. 4. Ink coverage on ceramic surfaces may vary, especially with dark colors or large color blocks, potentially leading to uneven ink application. 5. The sides of the product may have slight unevenness, cut marks, or indentations, which are inherent to the material and not considered defects. 6. Minor variations in shape and size may occur due to the material and production process. Color differences between sample images and the actual product are also possible. 7. For full-surface prints, the coaster is sprayed after shaping. Slight smudges on the sides are normal and not grounds for return. 8. "Bleed" areas may exhibit "ink fly" effects, which is also normal. / Usage Guidelines / 1. Coffee, tea, etc., may cause surface stains. Please use with care. 2.
