Slight color variations and minor height differences (within 1-2mm of actual dimensions) may occur when piecing different mats together. Some mats may have minor surface speckling, black dots, or indentations; anything smaller than 1.5cm is considered normal and not a defect. 2. A non-toxic oil is applied to the mat surface before shipping. For initial use, we recommend washing the mats with a grease-cutting detergent to prevent the floor from becoming slippery. 3. The mats have a mild new product smell, not a toxic plastic odor. This scent will gradually dissipate after washing and air drying in a well-ventilated area. 4. For mats laid out for extended periods, regularly lift them to allow for ventilation and ensure both the mat and the floor are completely dry. Our double-sided mats are fully waterproof and have a dense, thick material. Prolonged coverage on certain floor types (e.g., those containing PVC) may cause localized oxidation, leading to color differences compared to surrounding areas.
