① Please provide clear facial features and photos of the front face (side face photos are not recommended), and multiple pictures can be provided for the designer to choose

4. Storage method
No preservatives are added to the biscuits, and they can be stored at room temperature for three weeks, according to the shelf life marked on the package. Please store in a dry and cool place at room temperature, no refrigeration is required, and it is recommended to consume within two weeks after arrival, for better flavor.
5. How to pick up the goods

6. Matters needing attention
1. This is a customized product, which is not subject to the "seven-day hesitation period" of the Consumer Protection Act. Therefore, the order cannot be canceled or returned after the order is placed.
2. After the portrait biscuits are made, photos will be taken. If you want to see the photos before shipment, you can send a private message, but you cannot request to modify the finished product.
3. The portrait photos you provide are only used for making biscuits and will not be shared; however, biscuits are created by designers, and designers may post biscuit photos on brand pages such as Facebook and Instagram. If you do not want to make them public, please contact us in advance. Inform, thank you!
4. It is not possible to specify the delivery date. If you choose home delivery, it will be sent two working days before the expected arrival date; if you choose super store delivery, it will be sent four working days before. For example: expect to arrive on 2022/1/28 (Fri), home delivery will be sent on 1/26 (Wed), and store-to-store will be sent on 1/24 (Mon). Those who have urgent needs are recommended to choose face-to-face delivery. Insurance!
5. The biscuits will be properly wrapped in bubble wrap, but there may be collisions during the delivery process, and those who are acceptable will place an order🙏
