**Registration is complete only after your reservation date and available seats are confirmed, and you receive a confirmation email.**
**During the experience class, there may be requests for candid photos or product photos after the session.** These may be uploaded to the organizer's Facebook fan page, Instagram, etc., after the event. Photos and videos containing portraits or products may be used for event records or future promotional purposes. If you do not consent, please inform the staff on-site.
・Please purchase tickets and complete your reservation 2-3 days in advance. If you need to reschedule, please contact us.
・Online payments are not eligible for department store point accumulation. Please inquire about other methods if needed.
・Participants must be 9 years or older to register for this activity.
・Only registered participants are allowed to create. Unregistered individuals cannot join the class.
・Entry is allowed 5 minutes before the activity starts. To ensure a smooth experience, please be punctual.
・**Late arrivals exceeding 10 minutes will not be admitted**, and no refunds or rescheduling assistance will be provided. You may also not exchange for a weekday experience.
・Knock Knock friends must adhere to the venue rules and follow the instructor's guidance. Any damages caused by violations will be the participant's responsibility.
▶ Reservation Details
・If you are unable to attend after payment, you may apply for a refund through the order system, with a 30% charge for all incurred expenses. As designers need to prepare materials ten days before the event, cancellations are not accepted within ten days prior to the event date.
**・After booking, Knock Knock Metalcraft will send a confirmation of successful reservation via site mail.**
**・On the day of the event, please present your successful reservation confirmation email or order at the reception to enter.**
**・If you cancel due to personal reasons, a 30% handling fee will be charged.**
・Notifications of cancellation 10 days prior to the departure date (excluding the departure date) will receive a refund after deducting the handling fee. The handling fee varies depending on the payment method.
・Cancellations made within 10 days before or on the day of departure are not accepted, and no refunds will be issued.
・We recommend transferring your spot if you need to cancel within 10 days before the departure date. However, please inform us of the name and contact information of the substitute participant.
・To change your reservation time, please provide at least 7 days' notice. Failure to do so may result in the inability to change the time slot. Same-day changes will be considered forfeiture of the course.
・Changes to reservation times are subject to the store's policy.
・In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, Knock Knock Metalcraft will proactively contact you for rescheduling or refunds.
・If the activity is canceled due to reasons not attributable to Knock Knock Metalcraft, no refunds will be issued.
・In the event of a typhoon, the standard will be based on the official announcements of class suspensions in the activity's location, regardless of the participant's location.
