The threads, initially undyed, are then individually colored before being woven into this delicate piece. Its sheer, crinkled texture drapes softly and lightly, conforming gently to the body. The warp threads, woven wider than usual, are interspersed at regular intervals with strong, twisted silk yarns. This technique creates vertical corduroy-like texture, allowing for a manageable narrow width. The colorful borders, crafted from six shades of linen yarn, are enhanced by the textural effect, lending a cool, layered depth to the design. The ultra-fine ramie linen threads, half the thickness of standard handwoven linen yarn, are characterized by minimal fuzz and a subtle sheen. With a fine density of 480 warp threads, the fabric achieves an exceptionally supple feel.
