We recommend delivery one to two days before your celebration. Transfer the cake to the refrigerator the day before to thaw. Q: Can I pick up from a convenience store? A: We currently do not offer convenience store pickup or cash-on-delivery. All orders are shipped via Black Cat's low-temperature frozen home delivery service. Q: What kind of pet photo is needed? If you are within this timeframe, please message us to inquire about expedited production. • Cakes are delivered frozen and require thawing time. Please schedule delivery for one to two days before the celebration, not on the celebration day itself. • For orders with added fondant figurines, availability is updated daily on the sales page based on monthly order volume. Orders can be placed for any date within the selected delivery option period. • As these are custom cakes, production begins only after order confirmation and payment. If payment is overdue and the order is canceled by the system, it will be considered a forfeiture of the reservation, and no production will be scheduled. • If you decide to cancel your order, please submit a cancellation request at least seven days before the original delivery date. If your pet is allergic to this, it can be replaced with 〈Mashed Sweet Potato〉 for frosting. Cakes frosted with sweet potato will have a limited selection of colors, styles, and will not be suitable for writing personalized messages. The color will be the natural sweet potato hue. 【Main Cake Body Ingredients】 • 〈For Dogs〉: Meat + Broccoli + Carrot + Chia Seeds • 〈For Cats〉: Meat + Crushed Dried Fish + Chia Seeds • If there are no allergens, both dog and cat cakes are suitable for both species. • The cake base will be filled with the specified amount of meat. The moisture content may vary during baking, so the weight and serving size indicated on the sales page are for reference only. 【Color Palette and Style】 • Frosting colors are achieved using natural fruit and vegetable powders. • Please specify your desired style and color palette in the remarks section when ordering. (If no preference is noted, we will create a random combination.) Cookie decorations are randomly paired. • Due to differing sensitivities to color tones among designers, only color palettes can be selected. The depth of color within each palette will be determined by the designer. 【Thawing Instructions】 • It is recommended to thaw the cake in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours before the celebration. If still frozen, you can thaw it at room temperature or gently warm it in the microwave on a low setting. Consume within 2-3 days after thawing. • Room temperature thawing takes approximately 1-2 hours. Some water may be released during this process, which is normal. • For fully frosted cakes, a protective bubble wrap border will be applied around the cake during shipping. Please remove this bubble wrap while the cake is still frozen to prevent it from sticking. • When refrigerating or freezing, keep the cake inside its box to prevent the cake's surface from drying out due to direct contact with cold refrigerator air, which can cause severe cracking. 【Shelf Life】 • When received frozen, the cake can be stored frozen for 15 days, or refrigerated for 3 days. 【About Fondant Figurines】 • Fondant figurines can only be purchased as an add-on when buying a cake; they are not sold separately. • Figurines are custom-made to resemble your pet's appearance and fur color, in a cute, chibi style. • Fondant is made primarily of sugar and is not recommended for pet consumption. • Upon receipt, you can bring the fondant figurines to room temperature. They may appear sticky due to condensation; this will resolve as they dry. • Storage: Once dry, store fondant figurines in a cool, dry place. 【Shipping Information】 • Black Cat low-temperature home delivery incurs a fee of NT$160. • For deliveries to outlying islands (Penghu, Kinmen, Matsu, Green Island), please inform us separately as shipping fees differ from the main island. • The following areas are excluded from parcel delivery services: Penghu County (Magong City - Hujing Island, Tongpan Island), Wang'an Township, Cimei Township, Baisha Township (Dacang Island, Yuanbei Island); Kinmen County (Lieyu - Dadan Island, Erdan Island), Wūqiu Township; Taitung County (Green Island); Diaoyutai Islands, Dongsha Islands, Nansha Islands. • Cake delivery carries inherent risks. Please consider this carefully before ordering. • While delivery dates can be specified, we are not liable for compensation if delivery is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances by the delivery company (e.g., inability to contact the recipient, no one available at the delivery address due to personal reasons) or unavoidable events (e.g., typhoons, natural disasters). • If ordering two or more cakes to be delivered to different addresses, please place separate orders. 【Delivery Date Recommendations and Regulations】 • It is recommended to schedule delivery 1-2 days before the celebration. This provides a buffer in case of unforeseen delivery delays on the intended arrival day. • If delivering to a location like a B&B, hotel, or restaurant for a celebration, please arrange for delivery in advance to the venue, allowing the establishment to store it appropriately. We will investigate and resolve the issue. We cannot address issues after the Black Cat service center closes for the day, as it will require waiting until their next business hours. We are not responsible for issues reported after these times. • If the recipient requires a phone call upon delivery, please inform us.
