How to measure ring size for a gift?
●Measurement Method: Take a piece of cotton thread (sewing thread), wrap it around the finger where the ring will be worn, ensuring a snug fit.
Straighten the thread and measure its length in centimeters with a ruler, then consult the size chart.
●Inform store staff of your approximate height and weight. We can adjust the ring size at the store after it's completed.

●To ensure fairness, any changes to the schedule or cancellations must be made at least three days prior to the confirmed workshop date.
No refunds will be issued for same-day cancellations or no-shows. Your booking can be transferred to purchase other products or workshops.
●Samples are available for trying on at the store. Exchanges for styles of the same price are accepted (subject to available materials on-site).
Upgrades to higher-priced styles are possible with a price difference payment; however, no refunds will be issued for exchanges to lower-priced styles.
●Due to space limitations, please inquire about classroom availability if you wish to bring a companion.
●Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled workshop time for check-in and trying on samples to avoid delays and ensure a smooth experience for everyone.
●Each participant will be provided with a set of tools and materials. The artisan will first demonstrate and then guide you step-by-step through the process.
If a finished piece cannot be salvaged due to failure to follow instructions, a new set of materials will require a separate purchase.
●The workshop duration is approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, varying with the complexity of the chosen style. Items can be taken home the same day.

★During the workshop, please adhere to the safety guidelines for equipment operation as instructed by the artisan.
Female participants may need to tie back their hair with a hair tie or clip for safety.
