If you are unable to attend due to the COVID-19 pandemic, you may request a ticket exchange or refund up to five working days before the event (excluding the event day) for a full refund. For other circumstances, cancellations made more than two days before the course begins are eligible for a 70% refund. Cancellations made the day before the course begins are eligible for a 50% refund. Same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
