Simply fill in your message on the checkout page, and leave the layout and design to us! A care instruction card will be included with your plant, so you don't have to worry about how to look after it. Please refer to "Product Care Instructions." Decorative stones may be packed separately depending on delivery arrangements. Simply pour them into the pot upon arrival. For areas near the greater Taipei region, delivery will be via Lalamove on the same day. For outer Taipei regions and other counties/cities, delivery will be via Black Cat Express the day before (delivery on Sundays and Mondays cannot be specified). For packaging and delivery inquiries, please refer to "Packaging and Delivery Methods." Please ensure you provide the recipient's name and phone number, and confirm that they will be available to receive the package. If delivery is delayed or unsuccessful due to incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or inability to contact them, we will not accept replacements or refunds. The orderer will be responsible for return shipping costs. To change order details or delivery information, please contact us no later than 19:00 three days before the scheduled delivery date (see bottom of the webpage).
