| Important Notes for Class Registration | 🔎
1. If you are certain you cannot attend on the scheduled date, you may transfer your spot or reschedule once up to 3 days before the class begins (for sessions within the next 3 months). Alternatively, you may opt for a refund, subject to a 30% handling fee of the course cost.
2. On the day of the class, as time, your spot, and materials have been prepared, and to ensure fairness to other participants, **failure to attend or arriving more than 30 minutes late will be considered forfeiture of class rights. Entry will not be permitted, and no refunds or rescheduling will be offered.**
3. In cases of confirmed COVID-19 or illness preventing attendance, please provide relevant medical proof (e.g., rapid test, PCR results) and notify us via message. We can discuss alternative arrangements.
4. Due to limited space and to maintain the quality of the class and the rights of other participants, **only ticket holders are permitted to attend the class. Companions are not allowed to participate.**
5. In the event of adverse weather or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., typhoons, earthquakes...), the organizer reserves the right to reschedule.
6. If you do not wish for photos or videos of the event featuring your likeness to be uploaded to our brand's social media for event records or promotional purposes, please inform us on-site during the event.
