1. If you are certain you cannot attend before the event date, you may transfer your spot or reschedule once up to 3 days prior to the class (for a session within the next 3 months), or opt for a refund (a 30% service fee of the course cost will be charged).

On the day of the class, due to reserved time, space, and prepared materials, and to ensure the rights of other participants, "Failure to attend or arriving more than 30 minutes late will be considered a forfeiture of your right to attend. Entry will not be permitted, and no refunds or rescheduling will be offered."
3. In cases of confirmed COVID-19 diagnosis or illness preventing attendance, please provide relevant medical proof (e.g., rapid test, PCR results) and notify us via message. We can discuss the relevant handling procedures.
4. Due to limited space, to maintain class quality and the rights of other participants, "Only ticket holders are permitted to attend. Companions are not allowed."
