| Important Notes for Class Registration | 🔎
1. If you are unable to attend on the scheduled date, you may transfer your spot to another person or reschedule once up to 3 days before the class (for a class within the next 3 months). Alternatively, a refund can be processed, subject to a 30% handling fee.
2. On the day of the class, as time, space, and materials have been reserved, and to ensure fairness for other participants, 'Failure to attend or arriving more than 30 minutes late will be considered a forfeiture of your class rights, and no entry, refund, or rescheduling will be permitted.'
3. In cases of confirmed COVID-19 diagnosis, illness, or other circumstances preventing attendance, please provide relevant medical proof (e.g., rapid test, PCR results) and notify us via message to discuss further arrangements.
4. Due to limited space and to maintain the quality of the class and the rights of other participants, 'Only ticket holders are permitted to participate in the class; accompanying individuals are not allowed.'
5. In the event of inclement weather or other force majeure factors (e.g., typhoons, earthquakes...), the organizer reserves the right to reschedule.
6. If you do not wish for event photos or videos featuring your likeness to be uploaded to brand social media for event documentation or promotional purposes, please inform us on-site during the event.
