| Important Notes for Course Registration | 🔎
1. If you are certain you cannot attend before the event date, you may transfer your spot or reschedule once up to 3 days prior to the class (for any session within the next 3 months). Alternatively, a refund is available, subject to a 30% handling fee of the course cost.
2. On the day of the class, as time, space, and materials have been reserved and to ensure the rights of other participants, **no-shows or arrivals more than 30 minutes late will be considered forfeiture of class rights, entry will be denied, and no refunds or rescheduling will be possible.**
3. If you are unable to attend due to confirmed COVID-19 diagnosis or illness, please provide relevant medical proof (e.g., rapid test, PCR results) and notify us via message. We can discuss processing procedures.
4. Due to limited venue space and to maintain the quality of the class and the rights of other participants, **only ticket holders are permitted to attend. Companions are not allowed to participate.**
5. In case of weather or other force majeure events (e.g., typhoons, earthquakes...), the organizer reserves the right to reschedule.
6. If you do not wish for photos or videos of the event, including your likeness, to be uploaded to the brand's social media for event records or promotional purposes, please inform us on-site during the event.
