・If you are unable to attend or need to reschedule after payment, please contact us "at least 3 days in advance" to arrange a new date.
・Rescheduling is limited to sessions "within 2 months". If you cannot find a suitable time, please opt for a refund.

・As instructors prepare materials and the venue in advance, "no refunds or rescheduling will be accepted on the day of the workshop". Failure to attend will be considered a forfeiture of the session.
・In the event of force majeure (e.g., typhoons, heavy rain) or if government advisories declare a day off for work and school, we will proactively notify all participants for rescheduling, class transfer, or a full refund.
