Local ghost legends often reflect the societal conditions, prevailing atmosphere, and unique historical background of their time, making them worthy of documentation and preservation. Our aim is to gather a century's worth of Hong Kong folk ghost tales, inviting everyone to explore Hong Kong's centennial history, culture, and identity. "Ghosts" uses "Shokugan" (snack toy) stickers as a medium to interpret Hong Kong's ghost legends. This type of sticker first appeared in snack packaging in Japan in 1977, typically measuring 4.8 x 4.8cm. They were commonly known as "chocolate cookie stickers," "shokugan stickers," or "biscuit stickers." In the 80s and 90s, influenced by Japanese pop culture, these "shokugan stickers" became a collective childhood memory for many in Hong Kong. We have systematically compiled 100 ghost stories, combining them with the shokugan sticker format as a new medium, to create a visually rich compendium of Hong Kong's own "Yokai Encyclopedia." The project features 100 shokugan stickers themed around Hong Kong ghost stories. For each tale, we've created a unique monster character accompanied by a brief description. The stickers incorporate special printing techniques such as laser sparkle, gold foil, and silver foil, enhancing the collectible value of "Tales of 100 Hong Kong Ghosts." The "Tales of 100 Hong Kong Ghosts" sticker series compiles a hundred local ghost stories, with original illustrations and text vividly portraying these mysterious events. Series 7 includes "The Girl with the Braid," "The Cow's Tail Soup in the Dormitory," "The Lotus Pond Ghost Lady," and "The Door."
