** 【Important Notes】 ** * Due to the nature of the machinery, participants must be 10 years or older. The course is for individual operation only. (Participants aged 10-15 require a parent to accompany and assist throughout the session. Please inform us in advance; no additional fee for co-creation.) * To ensure the rights of other participants, please arrive on time. Late arrivals may disrupt the class schedule. Entry will be denied 10 minutes after the scheduled start time. Please reschedule your appointment (one reschedule allowed within 2 months). * After placing an order, please add our official LINE account: @ado_studio Provide the registrant's full name and desired class date. Submit your artwork for review. Artwork must be confirmed at least 5 days before the class. * For last-minute registrations, artwork must be submitted by 3 PM the day before the class, with review completed by 5 PM, to allow the instructor to prepare the drawing and ensure the class duration is not affected. * To maintain teaching quality, the studio is accessible only to registered participants. Please do not bring companions, pets, or young children without prior notification. * The studio opens 5 minutes before the class begins. Please avoid arriving too early to prevent extended waiting. * A 30-minute grace period will be provided beyond the scheduled time. Alternatively, you may opt to: 1. Extend the session 2. Reschedule 3. Take the work-in-progress home. Additional time or rescheduling incurs a fee of $300/hour (charged per full hour). * As the creation process requires physical exertion, please have a meal before attending and try not to schedule tight activities afterward. * Food and drinks are prohibited in the studio, but you may bring beverages and small snacks. Snacks are also available in the studio for participants to replenish energy. * The course will be filmed for marketing materials on our brand website. If you do not wish to be filmed, please inform staff members on-site to avoid being captured. Your consent to the use of your image and work in Dottie Studio's promotional content is implied if no such notification is given. * The studio operates by appointment only. Course bookings are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled on the day of the class. Rescheduling or transferring your booking is permitted once within two months under the following circumstances: 1. Weather conditions: Government announces work/school closures in your area. 2. Unforeseen circumstances, such as power outages or equipment malfunctions preventing the class. 3. Lateness (as mentioned above). 4. Special situations: Discussable cases like illness or traffic accidents. **【Disclaimer】** * The machinery is safe when operated according to guidelines. Dottie Studio is not liable for injuries resulting from failure to follow these guidelines. * In case of equipment malfunction or abnormality, stop immediately and notify staff. Do not attempt to fix it yourself.
