** 【Important Notes】 ** * Due to the inherent risks of the machinery, participants must be 10 years or older. Each course slot is for a single operator. (Participants aged 10-15 require a parent or guardian to be present and assist throughout the entire session. Please inform us in advance; no additional fee for co-creation.) * To ensure fairness to other participants, please do not be late to avoid disrupting the class schedule. Entry will be closed 10 minutes after the scheduled start time. You will need to reschedule your booking yourself (one reschedule allowed within 2 months). * After placing an order, please add our official LINE account: @ado_studio. Provide the participant's full name and desired class date. Upload your design for review. The design must be confirmed at least 5 days before the class. * For last-minute registrations, please send your design file by 3 PM the day before the class. Design review will be completed by 5 PM to allow the instructor to assist with drawing and ensure the class duration is not affected. * To maintain teaching quality, only registered participants are allowed in the studio. Please do not bring guests, pets, or young children without prior notification. * The studio opens 5 minutes before the class starts. Please avoid arriving too early to prevent waiting. * If you exceed the scheduled time, a 30-minute grace period will be given. Alternatively, you can choose to: 1. Extend the session, 2. Reschedule, or 3. Take the semi-finished product home. Extension or rescheduling fees are $300 per hour (any part of an hour is charged as a full hour). * As creating the artwork requires physical effort, please have a meal before attending and try not to schedule tight plans immediately afterward. * No food or drink is allowed in the studio, but you may bring beverages and small snacks. Snacks are also available in the studio for participants to replenish their energy. * Classes will be filmed for use as marketing material on our brand website. If you do not wish to be filmed, please inform staff on-site to avoid being captured. By not informing us, you consent to Dottie Studio using images and footage of your likeness and artwork. * The studio operates by appointment only. Bookings are non-cancellable, non-refundable, and cannot be rescheduled on the day of the class. The following situations allow for one reschedule or transfer of booking within a two-month period: 1. Weather conditions: Government announces suspension of work and classes in the area. 2. Emergencies: Such as power outages or equipment malfunctions that prevent the class from proceeding. 3. Lateness. 4. Special circumstances: Such as illness or traffic accidents (subject to discussion). 【Disclaimer】 * The machinery is safe when operated according to guidelines. Dottie Studio is not liable for injuries resulting from failure to comply with the guidelines. * In case of equipment malfunction or abnormality, stop operation immediately and inform staff. Do not attempt to handle it yourself.
