📍 We offer hot stamping in English and a limited selection of Chinese characters (refer to the illustration below). We do not offer hot stamping of "numbers" or "symbols." If you require special hot stamping, please message the designer to discuss. 📍 All keys will feel a bit stiff initially after adding a leather case due to the added thickness. They will soften and become more comfortable to use over time. Please do not order if this is a concern. 📍 The style of the key case may vary depending on the "purchase year" and "optional features selected by the owner" for each car model. Please send a photo of your key for verification before placing your order. __Ordering Process__ 💁🏻 Production begins only after your order is placed. Shipping will occur within 10 business days, excluding weekends, starting from the day after your order. Each additional item may require an extra 3-5 business days. Please ensure you are comfortable with the timeframe before ordering. The product is made using a wet-molding technique, which requires 2-4 days for air drying. While the leather's surface may appear flawless when flat, imperfections can become more noticeable once molded into a three-dimensional shape. We will discard and remake any pieces with excessive flaws. If an incorrect item is ordered due to failure to send a photo for verification, and you force your key into the case causing deformation or damage, returns or exchanges will not be accepted. **1. Its light shade is prone to showing dirt and manufacturing marks, and leather grain is more apparent. Ideal for those who appreciate a fresh aesthetic and the process of aging leather. __Vintage Brown__: The perfect choice for those who can't decide. __Winery Red__: A passionate red paired with hot-stamped gold creates a luxurious and bold statement, perfect for the vibrant and outgoing individual. __Forest Green__: Prone to slight color variations during production. Specify Hot Stamping Content in Order Notes** Hot stamping is done using movable type. English letters can be freely arranged. Chinese characters use a fixed font. __Numbers cannot be hot stamped. Please inquire with the designer about the feasibility of mixed stamping.__ Uppercase letters are 4mm high, lowercase letters are 3mm high. Due to the difficulty in achieving perfectly uniform heat distribution for each character on the hot stamping machine, issues like gold foil peeling may occur, especially with many or long characters, or when using all uppercase letters. These occurrences are unavoidable. Please consider your chosen text carefully if this is a concern. 2. The hot stamping add-on service covers a single line of text only. It does not include stamping on the back or multiple lines. 3. This product is made to order. The number of working days will vary depending on the size and quantity of the items. Typically, shipping will occur within 10 days, excluding weekends. 4. Leather naturally has unique grain patterns and may exhibit marks from the cow's life, such as scars or insect bites. Please order only if you accept these natural characteristics. 5. Product photos are taken in kind. However, color variations may occur due to computer monitor settings and lighting. The actual product color is the standard. 6. Handmade items may show slight imperfections inherent to the crafting process and cannot be compared to factory-made perfection.
