Crocheting is a craft that requires time and practice. Each student progresses at their own pace, so if you don't finish within the class time, the instructor will provide guidance on how to continue at home. Feel free to send us a message if you encounter any issues during your crafting journey; we're happy to help or arrange another session.

## To ensure the quality of instruction, instructors need to prepare materials in advance. Cancellations must be made at least four days before the class starts (including the start day) to receive a reschedule or full refund. Cancellations made within three days (including the start day) will incur a material fee. You may also transfer your spot to a friend.
For example: If a class is on 8/16, you can reschedule or get a full refund if you notify us by 8/11 (including that day). After 8/12 (including that day), a material fee will be charged (shipping costs for materials are separate).

To maintain the quality of the class, we cannot accommodate auditors or childcare. Please attend alone.

# If you wish to teach this course, you must first complete Tongtongs' instructor training and obtain a certificate. Then, you can become a certified instructor for this course, sign an agreement with the original party, and adhere to the terms before offering classes.
## In the event of unavoidable circumstances such as pandemics (please provide relevant proof and notify us via message to discuss rescheduling or refund procedures) or natural disasters, rescheduling is permitted once. Please contact us no later than the day before the class to arrange the new date. If you are unable to attend on the rescheduled date due to reasons other than natural disasters, or if you wish to cancel or reschedule again for personal reasons, no refunds or further date changes will be granted. Failure to reschedule within the timeframe will be considered forfeiture of your reservation, and the fee will not be refunded. No further notification will be provided.
## In response to the pandemic, masks must be worn throughout the duration of the class.
## Photos and videos may be taken during the experience and uploaded to social media afterward. The organizer may use images or footage containing your likeness for event recaps or other promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform us at the event. Thank you.
