Originally, the blessing cakes had no filling and only a simple dough flavor. It was our grandfather who first added orange peel and named it [Fruit Cake], starting a history that has now spanned sixty years. After the third generation took over, we refined the recipe for modern tastes and integrated the symbolism of the traditional shoulder-pole delivery into our packaging, creating a one-of-a-kind gift.
