Size: All items are measured by hand; a margin of ±3cm is considered normal.
Washing Instructions: Please wash dark colors separately from light colors. Turn the garment inside out and place it in a laundry bag before washing. Avoid vigorous rubbing or wringing.
Return & Exchange Policy:
I. Customized Items: As these are made to order based on customer specifications, they cannot be resold and are therefore non-refundable or exchangeable.
II. For returns or exchanges due to personal reasons after the item has been opened, all shipping costs (both ways) will be borne by the buyer. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
III. If you receive a defective or incorrect item due to our error, you may apply for a return or exchange within 3 days (inclusive) of receiving the item. Applications submitted after this period will not be accepted.
IV. If the reason for return is due to an oversight on our part, we will cover the shipping costs (both ways) and any associated handling fees.
V. Once an item is assessed by our after-sales service team and confirmed to be within the scope of defective returns/exchanges, you may apply for the service through customer support.
VI. Definition of Defects:
4-1. Damage
4-2. Stains (requiring a diameter of 2CM or more)
4-3. Significant unraveling of seams
4-4. Complete detachment of the collar label or logo
4-5. Other abnormal conditions that render the item unusable
