**【Important Notes】**
◆ Please arrive punctually according to your reserved time slot. As the creation process requires a specific duration, arriving late may affect the quality of your session and the rights of other participants.
◆ If you need to reschedule, please contact the designer at least 7 days before the event for arrangements. Rescheduling is permitted once within a three-month period. Requests for rescheduling or cancellation made within 2 days of the event will not be accommodated, and no refunds will be issued.
◆ Photos and videos will be taken during the experience and uploaded to the brand's Facebook fan page and Instagram account after the event for documentation and promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform us in advance at the venue.
◆ In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, the designer will proactively contact you for rescheduling or refunds.
**【Friendly Reminders】**
(1) Participants must be 12 years of age or older to register for this activity.
(2) The use of fire is involved in this experience. For safety reasons, please avoid wearing loose clothing and wear closed-toe shoes. If you have long hair, please tie it up. Individuals with long fingernails should exercise extra caution during the operation.
(3) Due to limited studio space and for safety considerations, accompanying friends who have not registered are not permitted to observe during the class.
(4) Multiple participants cannot create a single piece of work together.
(5) As designers need to prepare materials and reserve spots in advance, and to protect the rights of all parties, refunds requested for personal reasons more than 7 days prior to the event (excluding the experience day) will incur a 50% processing fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 2 days of the event. However, you may transfer your spot to a friend or convert it to a custom order.
**【Experience Course COVID-19 Prevention Measures】**
◆ Designers and participants are required to wear masks at all times. Entry will be denied to those without a mask.
◆ Body temperature will be measured before entering the venue. Entry is permitted only if the temperature does not exceed 37.5°C and after hand sanitization.
◆ Air circulation will be enhanced by using air conditioning and opening doors to ensure adequate ventilation in the studio.
◆ Disinfectant will be used to sanitize frequently touched points such as doorknobs and tables before and after activities.
◆ The entire environment will be thoroughly disinfected before and after the experience.
