mashu is the in-house brand of furoshiki from Kyoto's Baba Dyeing Workshop. Established in Fushimi, Kyoto, in Taisho 2 (1913), over a century later, all products are still meticulously hand-dyed by artisans using the traditional Katagami dyeing technique.
