To prevent cement dust from flaking off during use, the exterior of the product is coated with a transparent lacquer. Due to the porous nature of cement and the molecular structure of the lacquer, complete waterproofing cannot be guaranteed. 2. Cement is a fragile material. Please handle with care, as dropping or impact may cause the product to crack. 3. Products are made to order. Cement requires time to dry and cure after lacquering, so please allow for sufficient production time. (Drying time can also be affected by weather.) 4. The lacquered finish is hand-applied, so each item will have unique variations. 5. Each product is handcrafted, ensuring its own distinctive appearance. Please ensure you are comfortable with potential minor differences from the product photos before placing your order, as the molding process for cement results in unique textures each time. 6. It is impossible to completely eliminate air bubbles during the pouring process. The presence of bubbles after solidification is normal (and actually enhances the beauty of cement). 7. As the cement cures, the surface may slightly retract due to moisture evaporation. Consequently, the poured surface may not be as smooth or level as the mold surface. Please order only if you find this acceptable. (We generally aim to place this surface at the bottom, on a smaller area, or on a less prominent part of the design.) 8. Anti-slip pads are attached to the bottom of each product to protect surfaces and prevent slippage. 9. The logo on some products is meticulously carved from precious Taiwanese cypress wood and can be customized with your desired text. 10. For products like incense holders or ashtrays, residual marks from use are normal. Please exercise caution with open flames. 11.
