We'll be participating in the Parliparlilove Handmade Market from August 24th to 25th at the Sunshine Hall, Daan Forest Park MRT Station. Hours are 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Material Descriptions: The 14k gold-filled material predominantly used at mixandfun features a layer of 1/20 14k gold electroplated onto a brass base. This has become a popular choice in recent years, known for its ease of care, durability, and lasting color, all while being more accessible in price compared to solid 14k gold. Solid 14k gold, on the other hand, is crafted entirely from 14k gold throughout, with a gold content of approximately 58.5%, the remainder being silver, iron, or copper. In Taiwan's climate, solid 14k gold requires even less maintenance and offers a more refined color. It's also a considerate option for those with sensitive skin. Specially plated alloy is another material we frequently utilize. mixandfun carefully selects and electroplates unplated chains that we personally love, ensuring the color remains vibrant under normal wear conditions. Wearing Precautions: 1. For all jewelry, it's best to put on your accessories after dressing and remove them before changing into loungewear. We advise against wearing jewelry while bathing, visiting hot springs, or swimming. 2. For earrings, we recommend attaching the included silicone stoppers to minimize the chance of loss. 3. Given Taiwan's warm and humid climate, if you plan to store jewelry for an extended period, gently wipe it with a soft cloth before placing it in a sealed bag. 4. For delicate chains, develop the habit of fastening the clasp when removing them to reduce tangling. 5. Please understand that 14k gold-filled, solid 14k gold, or specially plated alloys will naturally show signs of wear over time. 6. A little care tip: If you notice any oxidation, don't worry. You can prepare a mixture in a bowl with a little salt and water, add a small piece of aluminum foil, and submerge your solid gold or sterling silver jewelry for about 10 minutes.
