Product Care | *Due to the natural characteristics of unplated sterling silver, slight discoloration may occur depending on individual wear habits, environment, and body chemistry. This is a normal phenomenon. In addition to daily rinsing with clean water and drying before storing in a ziplock bag to minimize air exposure, you can gently polish the jewelry with a silver polishing cloth to restore its luster. Alternatively, you can soak the silver in hot water with salt and aluminum foil for a few seconds, then rinse with clean water and dry. All items sold by the studio come with complimentary professional maintenance and cleaning services. Feel free to mail your items back to the studio with return postage to enjoy this benefit. *Sulfur-rich hot springs contain substances that accelerate silver tarnishing. It is recommended to seal your jewelry in a ziplock bag when visiting such areas. *Each handmade item may have slight variations. Natural gemstones are rare and thus precious.
