Screws are M4 stainless steel in their natural color. If you require screws of a different length, please note it in your order or contact us. - If the screw length is unsuitable after purchase, additional screws and shipping fees will apply. - Mark the screw hole positions on the installation panel, pre-drill pilot holes, and then securely fasten the screws. - Orders shipped from August 1, 2024, will have back-locking screw hole spacing adjusted to multiples of 16mm. For handles purchased before this date, please contact us if you need to repurchase replacements. **Solid Wood Care Instructions** - This product is made from furniture-grade solid wood with a natural wood oil finish. - To prevent the wood surface from deteriorating, cracking, or molding, avoid placing it in direct sunlight or humid environments. - If the surface becomes dirty, wipe it with a cloth dampened with clean water, then dry it with a dry cloth. Avoid touching it with damp hands as much as possible. **Shipping Schedule** - Orders confirmed by Friday of the current week will be shipped the following Wednesday. Shipments will be postponed in case of public holidays. - Expedited orders incur an additional 15% production fee and require direct contact with us. - For standard postal services, please ensure someone is available to receive the package during daytime hours. If unsure, please choose an alternative logistics method. **Return and Exchange Policy** - All items are **custom-made** and cannot be returned. For exchanges, please contact us directly. - As natural solid wood is used, there will be variations in grain and color due to different growing environments and material sources. Solid Wood Veneer Sample Mailing If you have specific color requirements, you can send us photos for an initial assessment. Once the assessment is deemed feasible, please mail us a solid wood veneer sample (limited to 20cm x 20cm or smaller). Upon receiving the sample, we will select solid wood with a similar color and send you photos for confirmation. (Shipping costs for this service are to be borne by the customer.) 2. Production Confirmation Procedure We will proceed with production only after confirmation. The solid wood sample and the product will be shipped back together. 3. Return and Exchange Policy Regarding Color Differences If you choose not to utilize this service, color variations resulting from the natural characteristics of the material cannot be used as a reason for return or exchange in the future.
