The surface has been treated with a finishing agent. For minor dirt, a gentle wipe with a damp tissue is sufficient. ★ Do not use detergents or volatile products containing alcohol for cleaning. ★ All products are purely handmade. Do not expose to fire, wash with water, strike with sharp objects, or pull forcefully. ★ Warranty Period: Two years. ★ Warranty Scope: New product defects, detached bracelet or necklace links, detached leather hardware. ★ Upon receiving the product, please inspect it immediately for accuracy. If there are any errors or new defects caused during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of arrival. We will assist you with returns, exchanges, or repairs (for custom orders). Please ship the original item back within 5 days of contact, along with the original packaging. Failure to return within the timeframe will be considered an automatic forfeiture of return/exchange rights. Please maintain the product's integrity. The item must be in "brand new, unused condition." The product packaging must be fully returned, including the purchased item, outer box, accessories, inner and outer packaging, product card or shipping invoice, accompanying documents, gifts, etc. Returns will not be accepted if any items are missing or the product is damaged and incomplete. ★ Within the warranty period, bracelets or necklaces that break or detach can be repaired free of charge. ★ If the product is cracked, damaged, or partially lost due to external impact or improper human use, we will assess whether it can be repaired based on the situation and charge a reasonable material fee. ★ Except for new product defects where the buyer bears the return shipping cost, we will cover the shipping cost for repairs sent back. For all other repairs, the buyer will bear the round-trip postage. ★ Before sending back items for repair, please contact us to obtain a repair number; otherwise, we will not process the request. ★ All items sent back for repair must be placed in a sealed zip-lock bag and securely packaged with protective materials such as bubble wrap before shipping. We are not responsible for any further damage that may occur to the repair item during transit. ★ Repair time is approximately 1-4 weeks, depending on the condition of the item being repaired, with some requiring return to the factory for restoration. If materials are out of stock or discontinued, especially for certain natural stones where the same or similar items may not be available, and no alternative can be found, we may not be able to complete the repair. We appreciate your understanding. ★ Items outside the warranty period or scope will be repaired on a quote basis. We reserve the right to refuse repair services.
