The following refund policy applies: ・According to the Consumer Protection Committee of the Executive Yuan, refunds are governed by Article 9, Paragraph 1, Item 4 of the Compulsory Education Act and Article 33 of the Regulations for the Administration of Short-Term Supplementary Schools. A. For refund requests submitted sixty days or more before the class starts, 95% of the total paid fee will be refunded. B. For refund requests submitted between fifty-nine days and eight days before the class starts, 90% of the total paid fee will be refunded. C. For refund requests submitted between seven days and one day before the class starts, 80% of the total paid fee will be refunded. ・Rescheduling is permitted for sessions within the next 2 months. Please proactively inform us of your preferred session. Failure to do so will be considered forfeiture. If you cannot accommodate the rescheduled time, please opt for a refund. ・On the day of the class, as materials and venue arrangements have been prepared by the instructor, no refunds or rescheduling will be accepted. No-shows will be considered forfeiture. ・To ensure the rights of other participants, attendees arriving more than 15 minutes past the scheduled start time will be considered no-shows. ・For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account details and name. All refunds will be processed via bank transfer. ・Participants must be 10 years of age or older to register for this event. ・Only ticket holders may participate. Unpaid companions are not permitted to attend or participate, unless a child requires a parent's assistance to complete the activity independently, or in special cases where parent-child participation is approved. Please call the venue in advance to inquire. ・If the number of registered participants for a session falls below the minimum requirement two days prior to the event date, xiabenhow reserves the right to cancel the session and offer a reschedule or a full refund. ・Please arrive on time for the event. Punctuality is appreciated to ensure a smooth experience. ・Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the workshop space. This class includes complimentary self-serve black or green tea. ・Participants are expected to adhere to the venue rules and follow the instructor's guidance. ・In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, xiabenhow will proactively contact participants to arrange for rescheduling or refunds. ・The organizer may take photos and videos during the event for documentation and promotional purposes on xiabenhow's social media channels.
