・Includes: Workshop experience (Starry Sky Soap x2), on-site tools and materials, packaging, complimentary self-serve black tea or green tea.

・After placing an order and completing checkout, your purchase details serve as your registration confirmation. No physical ticket will be issued. Simply arrive at the venue at the scheduled time; no additional SMS or pre-class notifications will be sent.
・Orders that are placed but not paid for will be considered as unsuccessful registrations. Spots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis, and unpaid orders will not be counted towards the participant list.
・If you are unable to attend or wish to reschedule after payment, please contact us via our fan page or call (02) 2371-4171 at least 3 days in advance. The refund policy is as follows:
。According to Article 9, Paragraph 1, Subparagraph 4 of the Compulsory Education Act and Article 33 of the Regulations for Short-Term Tutoring Classes, as announced by the Executive Yuan's Consumer Protection Committee:
A. For refund requests submitted more than sixty days before the class starts, 95% of the total paid fee will be refunded.
B. For refund requests submitted between fifty-nine and eight days before the class starts, 90% of the total paid fee will be refunded.
C. For refund requests submitted between seven and one day before the class starts, 80% of the total paid fee will be refunded.
・Rescheduling is permitted for sessions within the next 2 months. Please proactively inform us of your preferred session. Failure to do so will be considered forfeiture. If you cannot accommodate the rescheduled time, please opt for a refund.
・On the day of the class, we do not offer refunds or rescheduling. This is because the instructor's materials and seating arrangements have already been prepared. No-shows will be considered forfeiture.
・To protect the rights of other participants, anyone arriving 15 minutes after the scheduled start time will be considered a no-show and forfeit their participation.
・For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account number and name. Refunds will be processed via cash transfer.
・This event is open to individuals aged 10 and above.
・Only ticket holders may participate. Non-ticket holders are not permitted to accompany or join the activity, unless a child requires parental assistance to complete the task or there are special circumstances requiring parent-child participation. In such cases, please contact the store in advance to inquire.
・If the number of registered participants for a session falls below 6 two days before the event, Xiaban How reserves the right to cancel the session and notify participants to reschedule or receive a full refund.
・Please arrive on time. To ensure the smooth progression of the experience, please avoid being late.
・Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the handcraft classroom. This workshop includes complimentary self-serve black tea or green tea.
・Participants must adhere to the venue rules and follow the instructor's guidance.
・In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, Xiaban How will proactively contact participants to arrange for rescheduling or a full refund.
・The organizer may take photos and videos during the workshop for documentation and promotional purposes on Xiaban How's social media channels. Photos and videos featuring your likeness may be used in event recaps or other recruitment promotional materials.
・If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a staff member at the event, and we will make special arrangements.
