* To ensure a quality learning environment, only registered participants are allowed in the classroom. Entry is permitted 5 minutes before the class starts; please avoid arriving too early to prevent waiting.
* Knitting classes cannot accommodate mid-session explanations for latecomers. Please do not be late to avoid disrupting the class for other students. To protect the rights of other students, entry will not be permitted for those arriving more than 10 minutes late. Rescheduling for another day is permitted (one time only).
* Food and drinks are prohibited in the classroom. Please bring covered beverages to prevent spills.
* Classes may be photographed or recorded for Dottie Studio's website marketing materials. If you prefer not to be filmed, please inform staff members on-site so they can avoid capturing you. By not informing us, you agree to Dottie Studio's use of images and videos that may include your likeness and your work.
* Our classroom operates by appointment only. Once a course is booked, cancellations, refunds, and same-day rescheduling are not permitted. The following circumstances allow for rescheduling or transfer of enrollment (valid for two months):
1. Weather conditions: Government-declared closures or cancellations in the local area.
2. Unforeseen circumstances: Such as power outages or equipment failure preventing the class from proceeding.
3. Lateness (covered by the 10-minute entry policy).
4. Special circumstances: Illness or traffic accidents may be discussed.
