* To ensure the quality of instruction, only registered participants are allowed in the classroom. Entry is permitted 5 minutes before the class begins. Please avoid arriving too early to prevent waiting.
* Latecomers will not receive individual explanations for missed content to ensure the class proceeds smoothly for all students. Arriving more than 10 minutes late will result in forfeiture of the session; a make-up class may be scheduled once within two months.
* No food or drinks are allowed in the classroom. Please bring covered beverages to prevent spills.
* Classes may be filmed and photographed for use as marketing materials on our brand website. If you prefer not to be filmed, please inform our staff on-site, and we will arrange to avoid capturing your image. By participating, you consent to Dottie Studio using images and footage of you and your work for promotional purposes.
* The classroom operates by appointment only. Once booked, classes cannot be canceled, refunded, or rescheduled on the day of the session. Rescheduling or transferring your booking is permitted once, within two months, under the following circumstances:
1. Weather conditions: Government-declared closures or suspensions of work and school in your area.
2. Unforeseen events: Such as power outages or equipment malfunctions preventing the class from proceeding.
3. Lateness: As outlined above.
4. Special circumstances: Such as illness or traffic accidents, which may be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
