The process involves over 50 steps: Design - Melting tin (No. 1 tin ingots) - Sheet formation - Pattern layout - Cutting - Marking - Shaping - Welding - Forming - Internal finishing - Welding and polishing - Lid fitting - External finishing - Fine polishing - Engraving - Antiquing/Lacquer application - Cleaning - Quality inspection - Packaging, and more.
The raw material used is national standard Sn99.95 No. 1 tin ingots. No other metals are added during production to ensure the high purity of the finished product.
