Provide your name, registration date, and class preference to receive the color chart and allow us to prepare your materials in advance.
* To ensure instructional quality, the studio is exclusively for registered participants. Entry is permitted 5 minutes before the class begins. Please avoid arriving too early to prevent waiting.
(Participants aged 10-15 require one parent to be present for the entire duration for supervision and assistance; no additional fee for the accompanying parent.)
* Latecomers cannot be accommodated for individual instruction to ensure the continuation of the class for other participants. "Please do not be late" as it may disrupt the session. To safeguard the rights of other attendees, entry will be denied for those arriving more than 10 minutes late; rescheduling will be required.
* Eating and drinking are prohibited in the studio. Covered beverages are permitted, but please be mindful of spills.
* The workshop may be filmed and photographed for use as marketing material on our brand website. If you prefer not to be captured on camera, please inform a staff member on-site to avoid being filmed. By not informing us, you consent to Dottie Studio using images and footage that include your likeness and your creations.
* The studio operates on a reservation basis. Bookings are non-cancellable, non-refundable, and same-day rescheduling is not permitted. Rescheduling or transferring your booking is allowed once within a two-month period under the following circumstances:
1. Weather-related: Government-issued closures or cancellations for the local area.
2. Unforeseen circumstances: Such as power outages or equipment malfunctions preventing the class from proceeding.
3. Late arrival.
4. Exceptional situations: Such as personal illness or traffic accidents, which can be discussed.
