The best before date is 3 days from the date of production. ▸Please do not freeze the cheese; natural cheese contains live cultures that will be lost if frozen! ▸It is highly recommended to consume the cheese platter on the day it is made for the freshest taste and best texture! ▸If you have any leftover cheese platter, please wrap it tightly with plastic wrap or transfer it to an airtight container and refrigerate to prevent the cheese from absorbing odors from the refrigerator or even mold.
