It can also maintain the humidity of the food in the oven. ▼▽▼Notes on the use of Polish pottery: For the first use, please soak it in room temperature water for a day and night before using it. You can use polish pottery in the microwave for up to 4 minutes or in the oven up to 180 degrees Celsius but please do not put it directly on a high temperature (eg: gas stove) surface. Polish pottery is a very durable container, but please don't take it out of the freezer and put it directly in the oven for use. It is best to return it to room temperature for the next step regardless of whether it is hot or cold.
