We used the old bronze placard worn by the Los Angeles police at the time and joined our hand-made pigs, an interesting contrast. On the back, "WET YOUR WHISTLE" means that the Los Angeles Police Department reminds you that if you are in danger, you will blow your whistle, meaning that you hope to avoid the evil, and you will be lucky in the new year.
