Unlike seemingly flawless PU or patent leather, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and eco-friendly, retaining the unique grain and markings from the cow's growth, such as scars, insect marks, growth lines, veins, etc. These are not considered defects. Minor indentations or scratches from processing, transportation, and production are also considered normal within the acceptable range, provided the leather surface is not damaged. Out of respect for life and natural materials, we do not (and cannot) completely avoid these marks, except for large blemishes. Please consider this carefully if you are concerned. Furthermore, with time and use, the leather will develop personal scratches and marks, darkening and gaining a patina, gradually revealing a unique appearance that belongs to the individual. This is the characteristic of vegetable-tanned leather, which makes each leather piece uniquely charming. **/ Color /** Firstly, screen displays have color differences. Additionally, even within the same brand, leather color can vary between different batches and storage durations. Even within the same hide, the grain and dye absorption can differ across various sections. Colors from subsequent orders will not be identical. Please refer to the actual product. **/ About Customization /** (No appreciation period. No returns or exchanges.) This item is made to order as a "customized product." Please specify your custom requests, such as "stitching" and "embossing text and font," when ordering. If no specifications are provided at the time of order, it signifies your agreement for the designer to select the stitching color and to leave the embossing area blank. As each order is "customized," it cannot be resold to others (the finished product cannot have its stitching changed or text re-embossed). Therefore, unless there is an error in the specifications, our "customized products" are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason (such as too loose/tight, rough leather/workmanship, inaccurate color, poor texture, not meeting expectations, etc.).
