Cancellation terms:
If the order is canceled 24 hours before the start of the course, a full refund will be made after deducting a 5% handling fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours.
Epidemic prevention measures:
In order to provide you with the safest cooking experience, CookInn Taiwan has adopted the following epidemic prevention measures:
(1) All staff wear masks, and we also encourage distinguished guests to wear masks throughout the course.
(2) The classroom is disinfected twice a day, and alcohol spray is provided for hand cleaning, please use it wisely.
(3) The classroom is equipped with a forehead temperature gun, and each person's body temperature will be checked when entering the venue. If the forehead temperature exceeds 37.5°C, people will be refused to enter the room.
(4) If you have any symptoms of fever or discomfort, please rest at home or seek medical attention immediately, we will provide a refund for the course.
