Screws are M4 stainless steel in their natural color. If you require screws of a different length, please contact us or specify in the order notes. - If the screw length is unsuitable after purchase, additional screws and shipping fees will apply. - Mark the screw hole positions on the installation door, pre-drill the holes, and then securely tighten the screws. - The front-lock style includes a wooden cover plate of the same wood type. For cover plates of other wood types, please specify in the order notes. **Solid Wood Care Instructions** - This product is made from furniture-grade solid wood with a natural wood oil finish. - To prevent surface deterioration, cracking, mold, and other issues, avoid placing the product in direct sunlight or humid environments. - For surface stains, gently wipe with a clean cloth dampened with water, then dry with a dry cloth. Avoid touching with damp hands during regular use. **Shipping Schedule** - Orders confirmed before Friday of the current week will be shipped the following Wednesday. Shipments will be delayed if they fall on a public holiday. - Urgent orders incur a 15% production fee and require prior contact. - For standard postal delivery, please ensure someone is available to receive the package during daytime hours. If unsure, please select an alternative shipping method. **Return and Exchange Policy** - All items are considered **custom-made products** and are non-returnable. For exchanges, please contact us directly. - As natural solid wood is used, variations in grain and color are expected due to different growth environments and harvesting locations. This is a natural characteristic and not a defect, meaning each product is unique. If you are concerned about these details, please inquire before placing your order. Returns or exchanges based on color discrepancies will not be accepted. - You are welcome to visit our Taichung showroom or authorized dealers and display stores to experience the product quality firsthand. - Natural solid wood materials will undergo color changes to varying degrees upon exposure to air and light. Lighter woods tend to show more noticeable color changes than darker woods. This is a natural phenomenon and not a defect. - **Products that have been installed or used cannot be returned or exchanged.** For exchanges due to personal reasons (excluding product defects), the price difference will be charged, along with a 30% exchange processing fee of the original order value. The shipping time will be reassessed upon receipt of the returned item. - A one-year warranty is provided, but damage caused by human factors is not covered for return service. - All items undergo quality inspection before shipment. Overseas orders (including orders through international consolidation centers) are not eligible for returns. Understanding the importance of material consistency, especially as former interior designers, we now offer the following services: 1. Solid Wood Veneer Sample Shipping If you have specific color requirements, you can send us photos for an initial assessment. Once deemed feasible, please mail us a solid wood veneer sample (limited to 20cm x 20cm). Upon receipt, we will select solid wood pieces with a color closest to your sample and send you photos for confirmation. (Shipping costs for this service are to be borne by the customer). 2. Production Confirmation Procedure After your confirmation, we will proceed with production. The wood sample and the final product will be shipped back together. 3. Return and Exchange Policy for Color Variation If you choose not to utilize this service, color variations arising from the natural characteristics of the material will not be grounds for return or exchange in the future.
