If installation on other materials is needed, please select the back-mounted lock.** **Solid Wood Care Instructions** - This product is made from furniture-grade solid wood, with a natural wood oil finish. - To prevent surface deterioration, cracking, or mold, avoid placing the product in direct sunlight or humid environments. - For surface stains, gently wipe with a clean cloth dampened with water, then dry with a dry cloth. Avoid touching with damp hands regularly. **Shipping Schedule** - Orders confirmed by Friday of the current week will be shipped the following Wednesday. If unsure, please choose an alternative logistics method. **Returns and Exchanges** - All items are **custom-made** and non-refundable. For exchanges, please contact us directly. - As solid wood is a natural material, variations in grain and color are expected due to different growth environments and sourcing locations. Understanding the importance of material consistency, especially from an interior design perspective, we are now offering the following service: 1. **Solid Wood Veneer Sample Mailing** If you have specific color requirements, please send us a photo for our assessment. Once confirmed as feasible, please mail us a solid wood veneer sample (limited to 20cm x 20cm). Upon receiving the sample, we will select solid wood pieces with a similar color and send you photos for confirmation. (Shipping costs for this service are to be borne by the customer.) 2. **Production Confirmation Process** We will proceed with production only after receiving your confirmation. The wood sample and the final product will be shipped back together. 3. **Return and Exchange Policy for Color Differences** If you choose not to use this service, color variations resulting from the natural characteristics of the material will no longer be a valid reason for returns or exchanges.
