Custom Luggage Tag Order Guidelines 1. Layout Revisions Each order includes 3 complimentary layout revisions. Revisions beyond the initial 3 will incur a fee of NT$300 per revision. Sample Printing Orders totaling NT$5,000 or more are eligible for one complimentary sample print. For orders under NT$5,000, if you wish to preview the print quality, you may place a "Custom One Piece" order for a sample. This will be shipped upon completion. 3. Layout Confirmation Timeline If no confirmation is received within 3 business days of the design proof being sent, we will proceed with printing and shipping based on your order notes to ensure a smooth production and delivery process. Please monitor your Pinkoi messages closely to avoid missing the confirmation deadline. 4. Color Variation Disclaimer Due to variations in screen display settings, a color difference of ±10% between the final product and your screen is within the normal range. 5. Returns and Exchanges Customized products are exempt from the 7-day cooling-off period stipulated by the Consumer Protection Act. Please carefully review your design and requirements before placing an order. 6. Shipping Schedule Production time begins after the design proof is confirmed.
