Most of the items in this studio are made to order. The estimated shipping time can be viewed on the Pinkoi desktop version. In-stock items ship within 1-3 days. For made-to-order items, please expect a waiting period. If you require the jewelry sooner, please contact the designer before placing your order to check for stock availability or to see if it's possible to expedite production. Jewelry that undergoes factory processing requires a longer lead time. Products that undergo factory processing include: wax-carved pieces, 3D printed items, plated items, and other services such as engraving. Items priced at or above NT$2,000 will be presented in a jewelry box (items under NT$2,000 require an additional purchase). 2. Sterling silver items that are not plated will include a polishing cloth. 3. For environmental reasons, multiple items will be packaged with minimal waste (items with boxes will still receive them). For jewelry featuring gemstones or plating, it is recommended to remove it before showering. 2. Avoid direct contact with chemical substances such as perfumes. 3. When not in use, gently wipe the item with a soft cloth/polishing cloth and store it in a sealed bag. 4.
